All Mozio transport providers must be fully licensed and properly insured, including valid public liability coverage, before they can operate on our platform. During onboarding, we verify key business details such as ownership information, legal documentation, and operational credentials.We also only partner with providers who use Mozio’s systems for managing and tracking bookings, ensuring every guest journey is transparent, secure, and reliable.
We use a scoring system to evaluate all transport providers on our platform. This helps us highlight top performers and quickly address any issues, ensuring your guests consistently receive high-quality, reliable service.

At a minimum, bookings require:
- Travel dates
- Pickup and drop-off locations (such as the hotel and airport)
- Flight details
- Pickup time (calculated using flight departure times and the estimated journey to the airport)
- The number of passengers and luggage information – additional fields may capture special requests, such as child seats or accessibility needs
