All Mozio transport providers must be fully licensed and properly insured, including valid public liability coverage, before they can operate on our platform. During onboarding, we verify key business details such as ownership information, legal documentation, and operational credentials.We also only partner with providers who use Mozio’s systems for managing and tracking bookings, ensuring every guest journey is transparent, secure, and reliable.
We use a scoring system to evaluate all transport providers on our platform. This helps us highlight top performers and quickly address any issues, ensuring your guests consistently receive high-quality, reliable service.
Your earnings depend on the number of guest transfers you book and the commission or markup you choose to apply. With Mozio, your hotel has full control over pricing, allowing you to stay competitive while unlocking new ancillary revenue.
Hotel staff can log into our portal, enter the airport and hotel details, travel dates, and passenger information, then compare available options and confirm the booking in a few clicks. Guests receive a confirmation with meeting instructions and local contact information.
Alternatively, hotel staff can book through Mozio.com, without having to log in to the hotel’s portal.
At a minimum, bookings require:
- Travel dates
- Pickup and drop-off locations (such as the hotel and airport)
- Flight details
- Pickup time (calculated using flight departure times and the estimated journey to the airport)
- The number of passengers and luggage information – additional fields may capture special requests, such as child seats or accessibility needs
For most private and many shared services, flight details are monitored so drivers adjust pickup times when flights arrive late, as long as the flight number remains unchanged. This helps reduce missed pickups and the need for last-minute manual rebooking.
